Ananda Kishore Roy

Ananda Kishore Roy is an experienced professional in human resources and innovation, currently serving as the Director and Co-Founder of Zemoso Technologies since December 2012. Zemoso Technologies specializes in rapid prototyping and application development, assisting entrepreneurs in scaling their ideas using innovative methodologies. Prior to this role, Ananda held various leadership positions in human resources at Neudesic Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Net.orange, Inc., and C3I Support Services Private Limited, among others. Ananda began a career in human resources in 1997 and has extensive experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Educational background includes a BS from Calcutta University and an ICSE from St. Mary's, Dum Dum.
