Joey’s career spans various high-level administrative roles, including Senior Executive Assistant at the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources in Singapore and participation in the prestigious Singapore Public Service Leadership Program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
