She also worked as Research Associate and AGM Sales and Marketing for Zen Technologies Limited from 2009 to 2015 and hence has deep knowledge of Zen’s products, processes and work culture. Before joining Zen Technologies Limited, Shilpa worked for ICFAI Research Centre from 2007 to 2009 wherein she published many articles in over 10 books on different subjects.
