Currently serving as Head of Sales for SMB Asia and Japan at Zendesk, Shihoko has previously held key positions including Head of Enterprise Sales for APAC at Asana, VP of Sales at Arrow, and Regional Sales Manager at Cigna and LinkedIn. Shihoko's career began with a role at Microsoft, supporting global sales efforts, and includes diverse experiences in marketing automation and research.
