Katrina Trotta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the video game industry and customer service. Currently serving as a Systems Designer at ZeniMax Online Studios since September 2012, Katrina has progressed through various roles, including Associate Systems Designer and Lead QA Technician. Prior to this, experience includes character design for the electronic Visual Novel "Thanatos Contract" at Endless Finale and multiple roles at Best Buy, encompassing project team responsibilities and merchandising. Additional experience includes working as a lab monitor at Harford Community College, managing shifts at Wawa, and serving as a cashier at Michaels Arts and Crafts. Katrina's educational background includes studies at Harford Community College from 2001 to 2008.
