Farihah Fajar Asih has a diverse background in e-business strategy and customer lifecycle management, currently serving as an e-Commerce Managers Specialist at Zenius since February 2022. Previous experience includes a short tenure at Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) as a PPSPM BBWS Bengawan Solo and a role as an Operational Admin at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express), where responsibilities included processing customer orders. Farihah also engaged in independent study programs at Yayasan Sekolah Ekspor and participated in communication analysis for entrepreneurship as part of the Kredensial Mikro Mahasiswa Indonesia (KMMI) at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitas Terbuka, completed in 2022.
