About The Role:
Zeno Group is seeking a fearless Senior Account Supervisor to join our rapidly growing dynamic Health + Wellness team. Zeno’s global health team works with long-established Fortune 500 companies as well as innovative start-ups and health providers, health systems and organizations.
Our work incorporates the full range of integrated marketing solutions from earned media and social engagement to fostering internal alignment and sales force adoption of game-changing business strategies. This role is responsible for playing a central part in providing day-to-day counsel and leadership to clients and teams working on high-visibility programs that elevate critical healthcare products, with a focus on consumer health and wellness. The right individual will work closely with leadership to counsel clients, manage and mentor account teams and develop breakthrough ideas to drive client business success.
This role is based in New York.
Responsibilities:
- Work daily with an integrated team to achieve client goals.
- Work with senior leaders to provide strategic client recommendations.
- Continually seek to evolve your knowledge of the client’s business and competitors, industry, media landscape, social media and influencer trends, and emerging cultural trends.
- Participate in the development of campaign ideation, execution, and support/oversee always-on communications activities, while managing account & integrated team members and communicating with inter-agency team (IAT) and client stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and facilitation of media & social media materials.
- Collaborate with finance colleagues on account utilization planning, approving time and invoices, and account/integrated team leads on budget management.
- Manage and teach junior colleagues.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of PR experience in a healthcare practice of an agency or within the marketing or communications department of a consumer healthcare company, personal wellness company, or biopharmaceutical or device manufacturer.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing directed toward consumers and patients; interest and experience in women’s health preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service skills and experience working within an inter-agency team (IAT) model.
- Knowledge of the consumer wellness space, in addition to healthcare industry regulatory guidelines.
- Multi-task, meet deadlines and handle changing needs of clients; proven critical-thinking skills and ability to anticipate client questions and needs.
- Proficient in MSOffice, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation platforms.
- Proficient in agency team staffing and client budget management.
- Track record of mentoring and developing junior talent.
