Ritika Mane has had a diverse range of work experience. Ritika started their career in 2004 as the Head of Research at MESCO Mumbai, where they focused on pro bono and social work. Ritika then moved on to work as a Business Development Executive at Remittag Software Company Pvt. Ltd in 2005. In 2006, they joined Quantum Market Research as an Associate Manager. Ritika worked there until 2008 before joining Western Union Company as a Content Strategy Development Resident for a few months in 2009. Ritika then transitioned into the advertising and marketing industry, starting as a Planner at Ogilvy & Mather from 2012 to 2014. Ritika then worked as a Shopper Planning Director at Geometry Global from 2014 to 2015. Ritika continued their career as a Strategic Planning Director at McCann Worldgroup from 2015 to 2016, and then at The Mars Agency from 2016 to 2017. Ritika currently holds the position of VP Planning Director at Zeno Group since 2018.
Ritika Mane holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Mass Communications from the University of Mumbai. Ritika also holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from the same university.
