John Robson has been working in the IT industry since 2001. John began as a Software Developer at Data Connection in 2001 and then moved to Dawnlink Ltd as a Consultant in 2004. In 2005, they joined CacheLogic as a Software Developer. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Support Engineer at ApplianSys and a Systems Manager at Fonten Power. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Comptel Support at Airwave and a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Mahindra. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Zenoss.
John Robson attended Imperial College London from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a 2:1 Hons degree in Physics.
