Dipayan Nath

Dipayan Nath is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various roles in notable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager II in HR COO and previously as a Senior Manager in Rewards, Special Projects, and Analytics at Zepto from January 2024 to September 2024, Dipayan has also held the position of HR Consultant at Shell from June 2023 to December 2023, where leadership of a high-performing HR team involved oversight of projects for over 12,000 employees. Previous roles include a Corporate HR Intern at Trent Ltd and a Learning & Talent Management and Organisation Development Intern at L'Oréal, as well as a Workforce Strategy, Planning and Analytics Summer Intern at Fidelity Investments. Dipayan holds a Master’s degree in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology.
