Manila Maggo is an experienced professional in the e-commerce and retail sectors, currently building the general merchandise categories at Zepto since December 2024. Previously, Manila served as Category Leader for Health & Wellness and various B2B categories at Open Network For Digital Commerce (ONDC) from March 2023 to November 2024. With a robust background at udaan.com from July 2018 to March 2023 as Associate Director and Category Head for General Merchandise, Manila demonstrated P&L ownership and strategic growth in home and kitchen business, achieving significant revenue milestones. Manila co-founded Swagg Clothing, an ethnic wear brand for urban professional women, and has held managerial roles at PepsiCo and Trident Group India, focusing on productivity and team management. Manila holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
