Pragya Jha is currently a QA Engineer III at Zepto, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this, Pragya served as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test at apna from December 2020 to January 2025, leading automation testing efforts that achieved a 30% reduction in testing time by developing and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Python. Pragya's previous roles included Quality Assurance Engineer at Chefling Inc, Quality Assurance Engineer and Consultant at Capco, and a Trainee at Central Coalfields Limited, where an 'Employee Payroll Management System' was developed using Java. Pragya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Information Technology from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University and has completed a Product Manager Fellowship at NextLeap.
