Josh Kundert

Josh Kundert is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in management and supply chain across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Quality at Zero-Max, Inc. since September 2022, Josh previously held the position of Sr. Global Supply Manager at Tennant Company and spent nearly two decades at Donaldson in various roles, including Procurement Manager and Engineering Manager. In these roles, Josh demonstrated expertise in supplier selection, product launch, cost reduction initiatives, and team leadership, successfully coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University, Josh has consistently focused on quality improvement, project management, and strategic resource allocation throughout the career.
