Currently, Lucy serves as the Co-Founder and Operations & Finance Director at Zero Procure, dedicated to revolutionizing procurement processes across industries. As the Founder of The Spare Pear, Lucy provides businesses with advice and resources aimed at enhancing performance and revenue growth. Prior to these roles, Lucy held various positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, focusing on sales effectiveness and project management across Europe, and has a rich background in conference and event management from previous roles at Great Hotels Organisation and Le Meridien hotels. Lucy holds a BTEC National Diploma in Hospitality Management from the University of Derby.
