Leveraging 10+ years experience in BPO/Contact Center Management and Marketing, Nanjappa leads US and Latin American based Zero Variance resources in delivering business analytics and service assurance driving successful customer interactions and sales transactions. Nanjappa holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rajasthan University and his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
