Prior to founding Zero Variance in 2002, Patrick held roles as Chief Technology Officer, Senior VP of Operations, Chief Strategy Officer, and Senior Regulatory Analyst, for a variety of industries driving successful consumer interaction channels. His background includes work with Rockwell International, Sprint, NeoData, APAC, TransCom, and ZTEL. Patrick also served in the United States Air Force as a Space Track and Communications Analyst.
