William Hoy

William Hoy currently serves as the Member Experience Director at ZERO® since January 2018, focusing on achieving the mission of zero incidents and injuries. Prior experience includes roles at Apple Professional Learning from June 2010 to January 2018, where positions included Senior Specialist and Specialist. William also worked as a Technology Integration Specialist for both Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School and Bethlehem Area School District, and held the position of Gifted Support Teacher at Bethlehem Area School District. Earlier experience includes serving as the Research Intern Manager at Lehigh University from August 1999 to August 2004. William holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from DeSales University.
