Anders Peter Kierbye Johansen is a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief People and Culture Officer at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping since 2022. Previously, Anders held significant roles at Unity Technologies, including Managing Director and Executive Board Member, where contributions included guiding HR strategies through the company’s IPO and leading inclusion and diversity initiatives. Anders is also involved in advisory capacities with IT-Universitetet i København and IT-Branchen, and has a diverse career history including positions at Maersk Line and the Danish Football Association.
