Carsten Frentz has a diverse work experience in the technology and gaming industry. Carsten started their career in 2009 as a Mobile Game Programmer at Elements Interactive. In 2012, they worked as a Gameplay Programmer at Triumph Studios and later that year, they also served as a Teaching Assistant at NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences. In 2013, Carsten joined Eutechnyx as a Technology Programmer. Since 2015, they have been working at ZeroLight, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and currently as a Solutions Architect.

Carsten Frentz completed their education at two different institutions. From 2005 to 2009, they attended ROC A12, where they obtained a degree in Application Development. Following this, they pursued further education at Breda University of Applied Sciences, from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in 3D Programming.
