Kåre Kjelstrøm

Kåre Kjelstrøm serves as CPTO at ZeroNorth since July 2025, focusing on digital innovation in the shipping industry to enhance vessel performance and reduce CO2 emissions. Concurrently, Kåre holds a position on the Board of Ikano Bank and chairs the Product & Technical Committee, aiming to develop a modern banking infrastructure. Previously, Kåre was CTO at Lunar, where leadership led to significant customer growth and innovative product features, and Group CTO & CPO at Concordium, responsible for advancing blockchain technology. Kåre has extensive experience in infrastructure management from roles at CloudKitchens and Uber, where Kåre held various engineering leadership positions, driving development and operational efficiency. Kåre's career began with roles at Dansk IT and Silverbullet, along with contributions as a blogger and IT-architect. Kåre obtained a Ms.Cs in Computer Science and a Supplement in Information Studies from Aarhus University.
