Chris was involved in data analysis, marketing, advertising, and article writing. Chris also worked as a Senior Operations Specialist at Kingnet in 2013, where they performed data analysis, translation, and software design.

Chris McMahon, CFA, CA completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Otago from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2015 to 2019, they obtained a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) with a focus on Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, Chris has pursued various additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as data science, deep learning, C++, and business intelligence. Chris also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification acquired from the CFA Institute.
