Juliet Ansell serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Bragato Research Institute since July 2024, following a distinguished career at Zespri International beginning in July 2014, where roles included Head of Core and Resilience Innovation and Head of Global Science Innovation. As Innovation Manager, Juliet led programs in Protect Supply, On-Orchard Productivity, Post-Harvest Supply Chain, and Health & Nutrition. Experience also includes significant research leadership at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd, focusing on digestive health, and prior roles at CSIRO Livestock Industries, Massey University, and University of Durham, specializing in parasitology and epidemiology. Juliet's academic background includes a D.Phil in Epidemiology/Parasitology from the University of Oxford and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT.
