Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity
Emma Avchen co-founded Flipping the System, a nonprofit organization focused on sexual assault prevention and campus safety, where daily operations are led as Chief Operator. In addition, Emma serves as Homecoming Chairman for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity, managing a significant budget for successful event execution, and holds the role of President for the UF Audiobook Club, where membership has increased through strategic marketing and community partnerships. Additional roles include Panhellenic Sisterhood Support Ambassador and Assistant Director of the Parade for UF's Gator Growl Homecoming. Emma is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Florida, having graduated from Cooper City High School in 2021.
