Anurag Heda

Anurag Heda is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer Success at Zeta since September 2022. Anurag has a strong background in the fintech sector, having previously held various roles at PayPal from March 2018 to September 2022, including Manager of Customer Success and leadership positions across multiple initiatives. Prior experience includes key account management at PayU and Tech Mahindra, as well as a technical role at Accenture. Anurag holds an MBA from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and a B.E. in Information Technology from Sinhgad College of Engineering.
