Richard Wong

Richard Wong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, engineering, and sales within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at Zetron since June 2018, Richard has previously held key positions such as Director of Radio Network Solutions at Codan Radio Communications and Senior Director of Sales and Systems Engineering at Smith Micro Software. Richard's career also includes significant roles at AePONA, where leadership in sales and the OneAPI initiative was achieved, and Openwave Systems, managing systems engineering teams across the Americas. Richard's foundational expertise in technology development was established at Telus. Richard holds a Master's degree in Wireless Communications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
