Hemanth Kasineni began their work experience in 2011 at Larsen & Toubro, where they held various roles including Senior Engineer, Asst Manager, and Project Incharge. Hemanth worked in planning, operations, and project management. In 2020, they joined ZETWERK as a Sr Manager Bids & Proposal and later became the Head of Operations for the Railway Electrification SBU.
Hemanth Kasineni earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vignan Institute of Technology and Science in 2009, followed by a Master of Technology in Power Systems from National Institute of Technology Calicut in 2011.
