Carsten Mauer has extensive experience in IT and software development, currently serving as Manager IT-Innovation Solution Development at ZF Group since September 2004, where responsibilities include identifying and evaluating IT trends for innovation. Previously held roles include Testbench Automation Team Lead and Senior Lead Developer, leading various R&D and industrialization projects while acting as Scrum Product Owner. In addition, Mauer has been involved with CM Softwareentwicklung & Systemanalyse since November 1991, focusing on IT consulting, system analysis, and software development, primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises. Prior positions include Leiter Softwareentwicklung at MSL Multimedia Systemlösungen, IT-Dozent at Kolping Bildungswerk e.V., and foundational experience at andron GmbH, where Mauer worked in hardware and software development. Mauer holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Technische Informatik from Berufsakademie Ravensburg.
