Ken Kossak

Ken Kossak is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in automotive engineering and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director and Head of Industrial Engineering Steering at ZF Group since January 2011. Kossak has directed multiple engineering teams focused on process standards for steering gear manufacturing, managed global steering value management portfolios, and successfully executed cost reduction projects across various automotive disciplines. Previous roles include engineering supervisor and product engineer at Chrysler, where Kossak led initiatives that significantly improved vehicle performance and reduced warranty claims. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Systems Design from Lawrence Technological University, Kossak brings over three decades of hands-on expertise in chassis and steering systems design, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
