Shashank Pathak

Shashank Pathak is an experienced professional in product management and software architecture, currently employed at ZF Group since June 2024, after serving as Chief Architect and Software Architect for Autonomous Mobility from December 2019 to January 2024. Pathak co-founded Adorithm in 2019, focusing on improving advertisement algorithms using advanced statistical methods. Previously, Pathak worked as a Software Architect in Artificial Intelligence at Visteon Corporation and taught an advanced robotics course at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. Pathak has held academic positions as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Guest Lecturer at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford. Pathak's academic credentials include a post-doctorate in Autonomous Navigation from Technion, a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
