Deborah Rahaii is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in global HR operations and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global HR Operations at Ziff Davis since July 2019, Deborah has previously held leadership roles at XO Group Inc., where responsibilities included leading an HR Business Partnership team and implementing talent development initiatives. Deborah's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Bloomberg LP, where management of HR Shared Services and global HR support significantly contributed to organizational transformation. With educational credentials including a Master’s degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University, Deborah possesses a strong foundation in human and consumer sciences.
