Leann Furniss

LeAnn Furniss has over 35 years of experience in the field of information technology, specializing in lab support and application analysis. Currently serving as a Lab Support Analyst at Zifo since June 2025, LeAnn previously held various roles at PerkinElmer from November 2011 to June 2025, including Associate Product Manager for Lab IT and Senior Software Service Specialist. Earlier experience includes positions at Merck and Schering-Plough, where LeAnn excelled as Lead Analyst for Applications, and contributions at EnSafe and Fleming Foods / Malone & Hyde, where LeAnn developed programming skills. LeAnn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Memphis, graduating in 1986.
