Tyler Cartwright has a diverse work experience in human resources. Tyler started their career as an Administrative Intern at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where they supported the onboarding process for new interns and managed administrative tasks. Tyler then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Applied Materials, where they generated headcount reports and updated business leaders on HR initiatives. Tyler then joined Uber as a Benefits Coordinator, where they designed and implemented a benefits payment process and managed international invoices. At Apcera, Tyler served as a Human Resources Coordinator and played a key role in supporting the company through an acquisition, rewriting policies, implementing surveys, and handling employee relations. Currently, Tyler is working at Zignal Labs as a Human Resources Generalist, where they are responsible for new hire processes, onboarding, compensation review, and offboarding.
Tyler Cartwright attended Las Positas College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. Following this, they pursued further education at San Jose State University from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
