Pradeep Pillai

Pradeep Pillai currently serves as the Head of Procurement at Zilch since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pradeep held the position of Head of Vendor Management at FORM3, where responsibilities included overseeing the Vendor Management governance framework and managing all procurement activities, including RFPs and contract negotiations. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Vendor Manager for the EMEA region, and positions at the Financial Conduct Authority, Lloyds Banking Group, and UBS, focusing on supplier and vendor management and contract governance. Pradeep began their career at Lloyds Banking Group, progressing through roles that enhanced procurement processes and supplier relationships. Pradeep holds a 2.1 BSC(Hons) degree in Information Technology from Middlesex University.
