Shannon Toland currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Zilis LLC, a position held since July 2018, following experience as Director of Front-End Operations at the same company. Prior to Zilis LLC, Shannon spent nearly a decade at Delta Dental Insurance Company, where roles included Manager of Account Services, Supervisor of Sales, and Executive Assistant. Earlier in the career, Shannon worked as a Closing Coordinator at Beazer Homes from 2006 to 2008. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both obtained from Southern Methodist University, with the master's completed in 2004 and the bachelor's in 2002.
