Eric Wilson has extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as an Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Homeward since January 2020. In addition, Eric co-founded Bolt Mining in September 2021. Prior to these roles, Eric worked at Mighty as Head of Finance and Head of Growth & Operations from May 2019 to January 2020. Eric co-founded Better in December 2014, where responsibilities included Head of Operations. Earlier in the career, Eric held various positions at Provident Funding Associates L.P. from June 2009 to December 2014, progressing to Director roles in Internal Audit and Correspondent Lending, as well as serving as a Relationship Manager and Credit Analyst. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pepperdine University between 2005 and 2009.
