Jonathan Hwang

Jonathan Hwang is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in AI and data engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of AI Data Product and Engineering at Zillow since January 2022, Jonathan leads teams focused on AI, machine learning, foundational engineering, and data analytics, developing consumer-facing services and advanced models for real estate market predictions. Prior to this role, Jonathan held significant positions such as Head of Data at Zendesk, where responsibilities included managing data science and engineering initiatives, and Director of Engineering at Salesforce, driving R&D for the Sales Cloud CRM. Earlier career roles included positions at Ask.com and OpenTable, where Jonathan gained expertise in data platforms and scalable database systems. Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Computing Information Science from Queen's University.
