Kim Nielsen

Kim Nielsen has extensive legal experience, primarily within the technology sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Zillow since February 2015, Kim has held various senior counsel positions, focusing on contracts, data, and software. Prior to Zillow, Kim was Corporate Counsel at Trulia and held roles at Silicon Valley Bank and Sun Microsystems, where early responsibilities included legal research and assisting with acquisitions. Kim's foundational experience includes work at Perkins Coie LLP as a summer associate and senior corporate paralegal, as well as at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigan LLP as a corporate and securities paralegal. Kim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
