Bob Montgomery

Bob Montgomery is an accomplished Principal II Development Engineer at Zimmer Biomet, where tenure began in January 2005 and includes leadership roles in Extremities Development Engineering. Bob has served as a project leader and design engineer across various positions, focusing on the development of knee, hip, and shoulder implant/instrument systems. Prior experience at Biomet as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the EBI/Spine Division involved leading the design of spine fusion systems and contributing to the first lumbar spinal deformity system. Bob holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa, obtained in 1999 and 1997, respectively.
