Kristen Cardillo

Kristen Cardillo was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer in March 2025.

In her role, Ms. Cardillo develops and executes the Company’s global communications strategy, including internal team member communications and external Corporate Communications programs that elevate Zimmer Biomet’s brand and highlight the Company’s innovation strategies through thought leadership, media relations and social media channels. She is responsible for developing communications that enhance engagement with key stakeholders, elevate understanding of our solutions and further strengthen Zimmer Biomet’s position as a leader in MedTech.

Prior to joining Zimmer Biomet, Ms. Cardillo was VP of Corporate Communications for 10x Genomics. Previously she served as Vice President of Global Communications and Public Relations for Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD). Prior to BD, she held positions of increasing responsibility in internal and external communications with CareFusion and Cardinal Health.

Ms. Cardillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Ohio University.
