Wayne Young

Wayne Young is an experienced engineering manager and software architect with a rich background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Risk and Malware at ZIMPERIUM since November 2015, Wayne enjoys writing code primarily in Python. Prior to this role, Wayne was a Software Architect at Long Range Systems, LLC, focusing on commercial software development. At Oracle, Wayne led a team to create enterprise-level monitoring tools and previously worked as an Android Developer and in various technical roles at MetaSolv Software, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and as a self-employed developer. Wayne holds a BS in Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University and has completed coursework for a Master's degree.
