Dosymzhan Begaidarov

Dosymzhan Begaidarov is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Lead of Creative Marketing at Zimran, where performance-based creative campaigns for Finelo, a top education app for investment learning, are directed. With prior experience as a Creative Marketer focusing on campaigns for targeted markets in the US and Tier 1 countries, Dosymzhan also shaped branding and recruitment strategies as a Marketer & Talent Hunter at Reframe and led creative initiatives at the Blockchain & AI Technology Center. This role included overseeing community-building and event design, as well as coordinating a large Web3 hackathon, Decentrathon. Dosymzhan has held significant leadership roles, including President of AIESEC's local branch, and has contributed to marketing efforts at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan. A graduate of Nazarbayev University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Dosymzhan's early education was completed at the Kazakh-Turkish lyceum for gifted students.
