Carla Pérez Fuenmayor

Carla Pérez is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and engagement within the EMEA region. Currently serving as an HRBP at Zimvie since March 2022, Carla previously held the role of HR Generalist at Zimmer Biomet and contributed to various HR functions including organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement. Earlier in their career, Carla was a Training Coordinator at CIDEU, managing training programs for 120 Latin American Councils, and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Human Solutions, where responsibilities included training project management and employee development. Carla's education includes a Master's in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's in Law, alongside specialized training in development and international cooperation. Recently, Carla completed a course on the application of ChatGPT and artificial intelligence in Human Resources.
