Ula Caroto

Ula Caroto, ACC, is a seasoned executive coach and business owner with extensive experience in mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting female founders. Currently, Ula leads UC Impact Coaching & Consulting Ltd, while simultaneously serving as an executive coach for ZINC and Unrest, where the focus is on empowering founders and enhancing their resilience. Ula is an active member at HERMESA, advocating for women-led businesses, and has contributed as an Activator for Coralus, promoting women-led ventures aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Ula has held advisory roles at UBS and various positions at Cazenove Capital, further reinforcing expertise in wealth management. Ula holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Mathematics from London Metropolitan University and a diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.
