Bharat Shah

Bharat Shah has extensive experience in accounting and finance leadership, currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at ZincFive, Inc. since February 2021. Previously, Bharat held the same title at Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. from November 2017 to August 2020, where significant contributions included establishing accounting functions and leading a $100M IPO through a SPAC transaction. At TerraForm Power from April 2014 to October 2017, Bharat focused on corporate and fund accounting and also managed a major growth transition. Earlier roles include Vice President and Corporate Controller positions at NRG Energy and Director of Internal Audit at MasterCard, where Bharat led numerous operational audits and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation efforts. Bharat's career began at Deloitte, providing audit and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors.
