Paul Madden is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Neueda Technologies Athlone since November 2017, where Zinkworks was established in 2018, growing to a workforce of 200 engineers in the Telecom and Financial Services sectors. Prior to this role, Madden served at Ericsson from August 2008 to November 2017 as Director of Product Development, contributing to the SON portfolio and participating in the PDU OSS Management Team. Madden also held positions as Program Manager and Project Office Manager, where responsibilities included leading an Agile development project with around 250 staff and ensuring project management capabilities within Ericsson R&D in Italy. Paul Madden holds an Honours Degree in Electronics from the University of Limerick, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
