Alex Christie

Alex Christie currently serves as Chief People Officer at Zip Co since May 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Lendlease from February 2013 to July 2021, where Alex was Group Head of People & Culture and a member of the Global Leadership Team, as well as Group Head of Performance, Compensation & Benefits and Head of HR - Europe. Prior to Lendlease, Alex held various HR positions at IAG, including Deputy Head of Human Resources and Head of Performance & Reward. Alex holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
