Moss Pauly

Moss Pauly has a diverse work experience in product management and data science. Moss started their career as a Data Scientist at Freelancer.com in November 2014, where they worked on various projects and contests in different areas. Moss then transitioned to the role of Product Manager - Warrior Forum, leading the digital transformation of a large internet marketing community. During their time there, they implemented initiatives that significantly increased membership revenue growth and delivered keynote speeches at conferences in Australia and the US. In December 2016, Moss became the Product Manager - AML, Trust, and Safety at Freelancer.com, where they were responsible for establishing and executing the Trust & Safety vision for the platform's 24 million users. In 2018, Moss joined Zip Co as a Product Manager, and later became a Senior Product Manager in October 2020. Moss is currently working in this role, contributing their expertise to the company's product development efforts.
