Melanie Tsoi

Melanie Tsoi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and consulting. Currently serving as the GTM Ops Manager at Zip since May 2023, Melanie also took on the role of interim BDR Manager overseeing 12 direct reports. Prior to this, Melanie held significant positions at MasterClass as an Enterprise Strategy & Operations Manager and at REX as a Business Operations & Strategy Manager, where innovative use of big data and AI was a focus. Melanie's career began at PwC, where investigative skills in cyber and forensic technology were developed over several years. Additionally, Melanie founded Mustang Consulting Group during early career development and has held various roles at PwC, strengthening analytical and operational expertise. Melanie is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and has furthered education at Universidad del País Vasco and Stanford University.
