Kurt Latimore earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA, completing their studies from 1983 to 1988. In 1992, they obtained the certification of Professional Engineer from the State of California. In 2012, they pursued further education in Engineering Constraints Management at Washington State University. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a certification in Jonah from TOCICO.
