Dylan Arndt is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a focus on technology recruiting. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at ZipRecruiter since November 2022, Dylan previously held roles at Quora as a Global Talent Acquisition Tech Recruiting Manager and Global Talent Partner, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical positions. Prior experience includes serving as a National Digital Recruiter at TEKsystems, concentrating on digital and creative services recruitment for the Midwest region. Dylan started the career as a Student Development Officer at Calvin University and held an event marketing internship at all-weather seal of west michigan. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Marketing from Calvin University in 2018.
